Thank you for visiting our website. My name is Crystal, and along with my husband Frank, we are proud founders of ADRIAN’S ‘ONO GRINDZ. We are catering company dedicated to bringing authentic flavors to your events.

When Frank and I first met, I shared my dream of becoming a business owner—specifically, creating a business centered around authentic Mexican cuisine. He was incredibly supportive and encouraged me to pursue my passion. I remember him telling me that I could achieve anything and that I would be successful.

Today, I am grateful to have turned that dream into reality. I began my journey in California and am now honored to serve the wonderful community here in Hawaii.

The story of Adrian

Jose and Diana, my in-laws, shared a lifelong love story beginning at the age of 17. They enjoyed many adventures, created countless memories, and raised three sons together. You may already be familiar with their eldest son, Frank, and their other two sons, Andrew and Jo Michael.

When Jose was younger, he was affectionately known as Rocky (inspired by Rocky Balboa), a name he loved, but only when paired with his beloved Adrian. He nicknamed my mother-in-law Adrian, and their love story became a testament to true devotion. For many years, Jose called her Adrian, and she was his Adrian—his steadfast partner and love.

Tragically, Diana was diagnosed with cancer and, after a brave fight, she passed away. She leaves behind a beautiful smile, cherished memories, and a family who loves her dearly—today and forever.

ADRIAN’S ‘ONO GRINDZ is named in honor of Jose’s wife, the mother of Frank, Andrew, and Jo Michael, and my beloved mother-in-law. She was a beautiful soul who always knew how to bring laughter and joy. She kept Jose on his toes and filled his life with happiness.
